Can boxes be created in our design?

Yes, MIJO supports you in the development of your onboarding box. All boxes can be printed completely in your CI or desired design. From a quantity of 250 pieces also on the inside.

Are the contents of the box also printed?

Yes, all the contents of the welcome box will be personalised with your logo and your chosen design. Various finishing options are available. MIJO will support you with the design free of charge.

Can we get samples of the boxes and goodies?

Of course. So that you don't have to buy a pig in a poke, we will be happy to send you a sample of your product selection. You only have to pay the shipping costs. You can use the samples for up to 8 weeks, then you have to send them back to us. This way we can become more sustainable.

Can we get clothes in the colours we want?

Yes, from a quantity of 100 to 250 pieces (depending on the type) we can produce your fashion products according to your ideas. MIJO produces in its own production facilities in Turkey.

Does the Employer Shop cost anything?

Yes and no. You can get our Employer Shops without a contract term from a basic monthly price of €99.00. If you reach a total volume of €5,000 (all content that goes into the shop), you will receive the shops completely free of charge.

    What does the storage of items cost?

    At MIJO, you pay nothing for the storage of your merchandise and fashion items. We take care of the storage fees for you.

    What costs are added to the shop?

    If you realise an employer or white label shop with MIJO, the running costs are only reduced to the shipping costs incurred. This means that you only pay the shipping costs that are actually incurred in the respective month. The same applies to returns. 

    Which countries can I ship to with MIJO?

    We ship your items worldwide. These can be individual consignments or complete deliveries. Various transport routes are available to you. 

    Where is the data from the Employer Shop hosted?

    Our shops are hosted entirely in Germany on German servers. No data is passed on to third countries. Our server partner is all-inkl. new media Münnich.

    Where are your textiles produced?

    We produce your individual fashion in our atelier in Istanbul and in the province of Sakarya. 

    In addition to our own production, we also offer third-party goods from the suppliers TB International, Native Spirit and Kariban. These manufacturers produce according to GOTS, FAMA and eve Vegan guidelines in Asia (China, Bangladesh, Pakistan) and Portugal.
