Our in-house & service prints

Textiles and merchandise with your logo.

Thanks to our in-house production, we can customise your fashion products with your logos and designs, even in small quantities. Our strengths include state-of-the-art transfer technology and genuine craftsmanship. Whether printing or sewing, our production facilities in Germany are used for quantities of 1 to 500 items.

Here we use our sustainable digital printing transfer machines that work with Oeko-Tex certified colours, as well as embroidery and sewing machines.

This allows us to produce your sample parts without incurring large expenses, but small series or print-on-demand productions are also possible.

In our studios in Turkey and the USA, we use sustainable screen printing and transfer methods as well as special finishing methods such as 3D printing or stamping.

In the merchandise area, we can apply your designs to mugs, bottles and other items using various types of printing.

Pad printing

Pad printing is a precision printing process in which an elastic pad picks up a desired design from a printing plate and transfers it to the workpiece. This enables printing on uneven or moulded surfaces. Advantages: fine details, versatile, quick set-up, high print runs, durable, various materials.

When time is of the essence

Screen printing

Screen printing is a printing process that is widely used in various industries. A screen is covered with a fine-meshed fabric and coated with a light-sensitive emulsion. Colour is then pressed through the screen onto the material to be printed, creating the desired pattern.

Sublimation transfer

In sublimation transfer, special inks penetrate a material such as textiles or ceramics in gaseous form and anchor themselves there permanently. This enables high-resolution, colourful and long-lasting prints. Advantages: brilliant colours, wash-resistant, no noticeable print edges, ideal for complex designs and personalised products.

For long durability

Laser engraving

Laser engraving is a precision process in which a laser beam removes material to create permanent markings or patterns. This enables high-precision, high-contrast and permanent markings on a wide range of materials. Advantages: Precision, durability, versatile, non-contact, no chemicals, low maintenance.

Sustainable textile printing

Digital transfer

Digital transfer printing is a relatively new printing process for enhancing textiles. A special printer is used to apply Oeko-Tex certified, water-based colours to a carrier material. The ink is sprinkled with a granulate and gelled in a special heat channel. The motif can then be transferred to the textile.

The classic

Textile screen printing

One of the oldest textile printing processes is screen printing. Colour is applied to a prefabricated screen and then printed onto the textile. Each colour requires a separate screen. We only use screen printing for single-colour prints in large quantities in order to offer you the best possible price. We use water-based screen printing.

The most beautiful

Embroidery

Embroidering textiles is probably the highest quality and most elaborate type of textile finishing. Your logo or design is embroidered onto the surface using a needle and thread. Up to 15 colours are possible. However, we only recommend embroidery on thick materials from 180 g/m²

Particularly robust

Transfer printing

The transfer printing process is used for textiles that are particularly hard-wearing. For example, garments and work textiles that have to be dry-cleaned. The wash resistance is particularly high and durable. Transfers are therefore used for workwear or hospital textiles.
